(Leshan News) Recently, Leshan Dongfeng Automotive Electrical Co., Ltd. (LSDF) has ushered in a major milestone in its development history: the General Aviation Intelligent Manufacturing Project has been fully put into operation.

This marks a solid step forward for the company in high-end manufacturing, production capacity upgrading and diversified development, laying a sound foundation for it to further expand its presence in automotive electrical appliances and break into the field of aerospace precision machining.

Project Overview & Capabilities

A benchmark project of the “Start Construction Immediately After Land Allocation” initiative in Leshan High-tech Zone, the new plant covers an area of approximately 40 mu. It consists of three modern green factory buildings and a comprehensive office building, housing 8 standardized production workshops and more than 10 intelligent production lines. The project will create over 100 new jobs and is expected to generate an annual output value of 150 million yuan upon full operation.

Equipped with industry-leading facilities including CNC machining centers and Hexagon coordinate measuring machines, the plant mainly engages in two core businesses: precision machining of aviation parts and manufacturing of automotive motors. It has realized automated production, high-precision inspection and intelligent management across the board.
